Payment is made via SBP (Fast Payments System) using a QR code.
Delivery terms
Delivery is carried out across Russia and EAEU countries using various transport companies. Shipment is made after 100% prepayment is received.
Transport companies
- CDEK — for small parcels
- DPD — for small parcels
- Delovye Linii — for large shipments
- Zheldorekspeditsiya — for equipment shipments to remote regions of Russia
Final choice of the transport company is made by the company’s logistics specialist.
Cargo responsibility
Responsibility for cargo safety lies with the transport company. If damage is found, a claim must be filed before signing the delivery documents.
